Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before creating, designing, or publishing your digital event invitation on Web Invites.
We provide three clear hosting tiers: Basic Ad-Supported (₹99), Lite E-Card (₹399), and Pro Celebration (₹799). All plans are one-time payments with no hidden charges or subscriptions.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, creating, editing, or publishing an invitation on Web Invites (accessible via webinvites.shop), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Web Invites provides digital web invitations for weddings, birthdays, housewarming ceremonies, anniversaries, and celebratory events.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use or publish invitations on our platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of any modified or updated terms.
2Our Invitation Plans & Pricing Model
Web Invites operates on a transparent, one-time pricing structure with zero recurring subscriptions:

3Basic Plan Policy & Ad-Supported Specifications
The Basic Plan (₹99) provides an entry-level hosting option for quick announcements. By selecting the Basic plan, users acknowledge and agree to the following specifications:
- 2-Hour Grace Period: Sponsor ads are paused during the first 2 hours after publication. After 2 hours, standard non-intrusive sponsor ads are rendered for visiting guests.
- Hosting Duration: Basic invitations remain active for 14 days from publication date. Hosts can upgrade to Lite or Pro at any time to extend hosting until their event date.
- Re-edits & Upgrades: Basic invitations include up to 3 complimentary post-publish edits. Upgrading to Lite (₹399) or Pro (₹799) instantly removes sponsor ads and applies extended hosting.
4Paid Tier Guarantee & Service Responsibility (Lite & Pro Plans)
In stark contrast to the basic tier, our paid customers are protected by our binding Paid Service Guarantee:
- Insulation from Changes: Invitations published under the Lite E-Card (₹399) or Pro Celebration (₹799) plans will never be altered, downgraded, or disrupted by free-tier template updates, free-tier feature removals, or policy changes.
- Feature Stability: The features, layout, and sections selected upon payment remain locked, secure, and active for the entirety of your celebration up until 3 days after your specified event date.
- We Take Responsibility: Web Invites takes full operational and technical responsibility for the uptime and delivery of paid invitations. If any technical malfunction, unexpected bug, or server outage arises on our platform that impacts your paid invitation, our engineering team takes responsibility to promptly investigate and resolve the issue.
- Priority Resolution: Paid customers receive direct, prioritized escalation channels via WhatsApp and email to resolve any unexpected hosting or display discrepancies swiftly.
5Post-Publish Edits & Revisions Policy
We understand wedding and event schedules may shift. Our editing policies are structured as follows:
- Basic Plan (₹99): Includes up to 3 complimentary edits directly from the live editor or dashboard.
- Lite E-Card Plan (₹399): Includes up to 5 complimentary edits directly from the live editor or dashboard.
- Pro Celebration Plan (₹799): Includes Unlimited Free Edits anytime before, during, and after your event. You can change dates, venue maps, timings, photos, or audio tracks at zero cost, and your live URL updates instantly without breaking.
6User-Uploaded Content, Photos & Acceptable Use
You retain all ownership rights to any names, dates, text, and photos you publish through your invitation. However, you agree to the following terms:
- Authorization: You certify that you possess full legal authorization, consents, and copyright permissions for all imagery and information displayed on your page.
- Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or infringing upon intellectual property or personal privacy rights.
- Removal Rights: Web Invites reserves the right to immediately take down any invitation violating these community safety guidelines without refund.
7Payment Processing & Financial Security
All paid transactions on Web Invites are securely processed via Razorpay, India's leading RBI-authorized payment aggregator:
- Supported Methods: Instant 1-click UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and Net Banking.
- Bank-Grade Encryption: Transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.
- Zero Credential Storage: Web Invites never stores, processes, or retains your UPI PIN, card numbers, CVVs, or net banking credentials.
8Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because digital invitations are customized goods generated and deployed immediately upon payment confirmation with instant ad-free provisioning, payments are strictly non-refundable once an order is placed and published.
In the verified event of an erroneous duplicate payment or an unresolvable technical platform failure preventing delivery of the paid invitation, users may contact our support within 48 hours for an immediate investigation and remedy.
9Comprehensive Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law:
Maximum Liability Cap: In no event shall Web Invites, its founders, affiliates, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, special, or consequential damages (including loss of wedding attendance, emotional inconvenience, or event disruption). In all cases, Web Invites' aggregate total liability for any claim or dispute shall be strictly capped at and limited to the actual amount paid by the customer for that specific invitation (maximum ₹99 for Basic, ₹399 for Lite, and ₹799 for Pro).
Basic Tier Zero Liability: Web Invites assumes zero financial or legal liability for the modification, alteration, limitation, or deletion of basic-tier invitations or templates.
Third-Party Outages & Force Majeure: Web Invites is not liable for service interruptions resulting from external dependencies beyond reasonable control, including third-party telecommunications network failures, WhatsApp API changes, Google Maps routing errors, cloud hosting infrastructure blackouts, power disruptions, or force majeure events.
User Accuracy: Users remain exclusively responsible for the accuracy of all event dates, venue addresses, names, and contact details inputted into their invitation.
10Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Web Invites, its operators, officers, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or in any way connected with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) any content, photo, or data you submit; or (c) any dispute between you and any third party or invited guest.
11Intellectual Property Rights
All template themes, graphic illustrations, typography pairings, animations, interactive software, and visual designs created by Web Invites are the exclusive intellectual property of Web Invites. Customers are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to publish and distribute their personalized invitation page to guests and family for personal celebration purposes only.
12Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
